Support notifications / Support-Benachrichtigungen: when a merchant shares a file with support, a short notice (reference, shop domain, file name, row count, message, contact email; never the file content) can go to our own support channel (SUPPORT_WEBHOOK_URL). If that channel is a third-party service (e.g. Slack, Microsoft Teams), add it to the table above before turning the webhook on. / Teilt ein Händler eine Datei mit dem Support, kann eine kurze Benachrichtigung (Referenz, Shop-Domain, Dateiname, Zeilenanzahl, Nachricht, Kontakt-E-Mail; nie der Dateiinhalt) an unseren eigenen Support-Kanal gehen. - shopware AG sells and bills the app as an independent controller. / verkauft und rechnet die App als eigener Verantwortlicher ab.
- Let's Encrypt issues the HTTPS certificate for our domain; it receives no customer data. / stellt das HTTPS-Zertifikat aus und erhält keine Kundendaten.
Before publishing: fill in Euronodes' legal entity and address from the hosting contract, and check that Mistral's DPA is in place for the account.
